We want you to be happy with Choir. If it isn’t right for you, here is how refunds work.
Within 30 days, not activated
If your license has not been activated yet, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.
Activated licenses
Once a license has been activated, it is refunded only if the plugin fails to function as intended, at SXP’s discretion. If you have a problem, please write to us first; most problems can be fixed.
Before you buy
Choir is available as VST3 and AU only. Please check that your music software supports one of these formats.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at the address on our Contact page, from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
