This is the End User License Agreement for SXP-Choir. It is between SXP, operated by Amit Kushnir (“SXP”), and the person installing or using the software. Installing or using the software means you accept these terms.
License grant
SXP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to two computers that you own or control, for your own music production. One license is for one person. This is a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, rent or sublicense the software to anyone else. You may not reverse engineer or decompile the software. Audio created with the plugin belongs entirely to you, with no restriction on commercial use.
Formats
The software is available as VST3 and AU only. Please check that your music software supports one of these formats.
Activation
An internet connection is required the first time the software is opened, so it can contact SXP’s server to validate the license. After activation, the software works offline.
Privacy
To activate the software, SXP’s server keeps a fingerprint of your computer, used only to enforce the license limit. It also keeps your country and OS for statistical purposes. Your IP address is used once to look up your country and is never stored. If you buy a license, your email address is kept to deliver it. SXP never sells your data. Warranty
The software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Liability
SXP’s total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the software. SXP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Refunds
Licenses that have not been activated can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Activated licenses are refunded only if the plugin fails to function as intended, at SXP’s discretion. See the Refund Policy.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
